Does it work offline?

Yes. It installs as a PWA; solo drills and reviews work offline and sync later. Live rooms need a connection.

Do I need a radio or a Morse key?

No. Your keyboard or touch screen is the key, with live decoding and timing feedback. Hardware key support is on the roadmap.

Is this exam prep?
